The phone actually has two variants: the global version has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, and the China release uses Dimensity 9000. The former is also equipped with a MariSilicon X NPU image processor that competes with the photographic capabilities of the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
The OPPO Find X5 Pro is also equipped with an under-display fingerprint reader, network speeds in 5G standards, and WiFi 6 protocols.
Build-quality wise, the OPPO Find X5 Pro is hands-down beautiful, featuring a scratch-resistant back panel made of ceramic. The phone is also available in blue eco leather design, as well as ceramic black. This phone is waterproof since it has an IP rating of IP68, capable of being submerged for more than an hour in depths of 1.5 meters.
